"Quick Delivery but Discount Issues"
The coat got shipped out fast and showed up just in time for Christmas. But, the site mentioned that signing up for emails would snag you a 10% discount on your first order. I went ahead and signed up, but no discount came my way, and I still haven't heard back from them about why the code wasn't working.

"Received a Kimono Instead of a Duster Coat"
The quality of the item met my expectations from One Hundred Stars. However, the description and picture on the Bluewater Clothing website were misleading. I got a Kimono instead of a Duster Coat! Still, I really like it and plan to keep it. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars. The shipping was quick and the packaging was great. Thanks a bunch!

"Sent Right Away"
Sent right away. Sadly, it was a bit too large. No worries for Blue Water; they shipped out a smaller one right away, and it showed up the next day. Fantastic service.

This site is pretty awesome, especially for someone new like myself. My order showed up just a few days after I made it. "Fantastic Customer Support"
After I made my purchase, I got an email letting me know that one of the dresses ran big, so I was suggested to order a smaller size. I took the advice, and it fit just right. Sadly, I had to send back the other dress since it didn’t look good on me. I mailed it back on Friday afternoon and got my refund by Saturday. The customer service is just incredible and super fast! I’d definitely recommend this shop.

"Fantastic Support from the Team"
I bought a dress online and right away got a 10% discount for being a new customer. I took advantage of that right off the bat. The shipping was super fast. After being disappointed by another shop, I decided to grab another piece from Bluewater. I got an email saying that if I wanted this item to match the dress I ordered earlier, I should size up. Overall, really great customer support and speedy delivery.
